A mild, yet sophisticated beer mustard sauce. The familiar sharp tang of yellow mustard is combined with the rich sweetness of brown sugar, and mellowed with crisp and smooth lager beer. Roasted garlic and onion are present as well, and finally just the right amount of Cayenne pepper to add a touch of heat.
This sauce is truly good on everything.....wings, sandwiches, with pretzels, etc. Even as a marinade for your favorite beef or pork cut.
