For those unfamiliar with the Sugar Rush Peach pepper, it is our absolute favorite that we grow. Its heat level is on par with a Thai pepper, but the pods are absolutely bursting with flavor and sweetness. They rival the sweetest bell peppers on taste and crunch, but the addition of heat makes them extremely versatile in their culinary uses. We even love to just pick them off the plant and snack on them!
